These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and six6er ("six6er", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the six6er online betting platform accessible at six6er.cam and all associated services, products and features (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

six6er operates as an English-language platform serving the Pakistan market. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion only.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. The age threshold does not imply that participation is lawful in your location.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

5. You must not have been previously excluded from the platform or have had an account suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.

Each User may hold only one account on the six6er platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify us promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person, including minors, accesses your account or the platform through your device.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately via the support channels described in Section 16. six6er shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All funds deposited into your six6er account must originate from a payment source that is legally owned by and registered in your name. Deposits sourced from third parties, illegal activity or funds subject to a legal freeze are strictly prohibited.

The payment methods available for deposit are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by region and at the platform's discretion. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for informational context only. Their availability at any given time is not guaranteed and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or support from any such payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the platform and displayed in the cashier. These limits may be amended at any time.
• six6er does not accept deposits in cash or via any method not listed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, but processing times depend on the payment method selected. No guaranteed credit timeframes are provided.
• six6er is not responsible for fees charged by your payment service provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from accounts that have successfully completed the platform's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment destination held in the same name as the verified account holder.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The withdrawal destination method must be one that has been successfully used for a previous deposit to the same account, or an alternative method approved by the platform following identity verification.
• Any active bonus conditions, including wagering requirements, must be satisfied before real funds associated with those bonuses can be withdrawn.
• six6er reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Processing windows vary by payment method and account status. No specific withdrawal timeframe is guaranteed. Users should refer to the Help Centre for current estimates.
• six6er is not responsible for delays caused by the User's payment service provider after the withdrawal has been processed on our side.

six6er may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer.

General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Bonus offers are only available to players who have satisfied the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 and any additional promotion-specific criteria.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to real funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are typically kept in a separate balance from Real Funds. Real Funds are generally used first in wagering, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Time limits apply to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not claimed within the stated time window will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game types (such as table games or live dealer) may contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all, towards wagering requirement fulfilment. Contribution rates are stated in promotion-specific terms.
• six6er reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, exploitation of system errors or other irregular betting patterns — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

All bets placed on the six6er platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general betting conduct rules apply across all products:

• Bets once confirmed are final, subject to any settlement corrections required by errors or rule-related outcomes.
• six6er reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors or system malfunctions.
• six6er reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or restrict the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including where irregular or professional betting patterns are identified.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the actual outcome of a sporting event, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body shall prevail. For cricket events, the result as confirmed by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant league authority shall be determinative.
• Bets may only be placed using funds available in the Real Funds balance or, where explicitly permitted by promotion terms, Bonus Funds.

six6er is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of player-control tools accessible from within your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion and account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6er platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law;
• Accessing or using the platform if you are under the applicable minimum age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to access or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any activity that undermines the integrity of any event on which bets are offered;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

six6er reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close or terminate any User account, at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal or suspicious activity;
• Account security has been compromised;
• A regulatory, legal or compliance obligation requires it; or
• The continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other users or third parties.

A User may also close their own account at any time by contacting support through the channels described in Section 16. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements, subject to applicable law.

Bonus Funds are not returned upon account closure or suspension, regardless of the reason. Real Funds are returned only where the closure is not related to a breach of these Terms or any suspected prohibited activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6er's aggregate liability to any User for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6er shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, consequential or special loss or damage of any nature;
• Loss arising from your inability to access the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, network outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors or service interruptions;
• Loss arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform, including odds or event information which may contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All content published on the six6er platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, database compilations and any other material — is the intellectual property of six6er or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering or any other use of platform content without express prior written consent from six6er.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six6er holds its applicable operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute-resolution bodies of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

six6er reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, via a notification on the platform or by email to the registered address.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of your login or your next use of the platform following a notified change will govern your continued use of the Services. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date from which the current version of the Terms applies. We recommend checking this page periodically.
